Hi, I'm Jasmine,
I help international professionals communicate more effectively in English at work.
I've lived and worked on both sides of the Atlantic — in the US from 13–22, and in the UK for the past several years.
My background spans bilingual education, healthcare, higher education and strategic management. I have a BA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics (PPE) and an MSc in Strategic Management, alongside training in English language teaching and courses in neuropsychology.
I've spent years working with professionals using English in their working lives, and increasingly noticed a gap between knowing English and being able to use it naturally in real workplace situations.
That's why Leading In English focuses on practical communication, not textbook English.
And sometimes, English isn't actually the problem.
If your English feels comfortable until the stakes rise — and then you go blank, rush, over-explain or start editing every sentence — you may be dealing with communication under pressure.
